Deborah FAIRCHILD

PRESIDENT

Deborah started her career as an archival engineer at VEVA Sound in 2004. In the past 15 years she has risen to lead the company in all facets of the business. She has grown VEVA into a global entity servicing major labels in North America and Europe - establishing offices in New York, Los Angeles, London and residing in VEVA’s headquarters in Nashville. Growing into the President role, Deborah has kept VEVA at the forefront of technology and continues to evolve and adapt VEVA’s services and technology to assist the needs of their extensive client base. Deborah advises many label executives, producers, engineers and artists seeking archival and asset management solutions. She plays an active role in the development and execution of VEVA Sound's ever growing internal technology, systems and new product development. 

Deborah is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University with a B.S. in Recording Industry Production Technology.

Drew waters

Vice president - LOS ANGELES

Drew Waters is Vice President at VEVA Sound. He was former VP of Studio Operations, Archives and Strategy at Capitol Records/EMI and VP of Archives at Universal Music Group. Drew holds a Ph.d. from NYU and has served in various capacities in the SUNY, CSU and private institutions of higher education as Assistant Professor, Chair and Dean. At VEVA Drew works with new project development, business strategy, education outreach as well as VEVA’s brand evangelist. Drew is a sought after expert in the music industry - he’s consistently asked to speak on panels around the world discussing audio, archiving, music and metadata. An active performing musician, Drew also continues to compose, record and produce.

Narima WONG

Vice President Of Label Services- NEW YORK CITY

Narima oversees the NYC office as well as all internal project management for Nashville, Los Angeles, NYC and London. She is the liaison with all label A&R administrators on the East Coast. As our senior archival engineer, she continues to work on data integrity and sees to the efficiency and evolution of our internal systems and processes.

A Recording Arts graduate of Full Sail University, Narima spent 5 years in recording engineering, client relations and administrative duties at Quad Recording studios NYC. Expertise and comprehensive knowledge of all DAWs, archiving and file transfer methodologies.

Helienne LINDVALL

Director INDUSTRY RELATIONS- EUROPE

Helienne is an award-winning professional songwriter, musician and columnist. She's Chair of the Songwriter Committee & Board Director, British Academy of Songwriters, Composers & Authors (BASCA). She also Chairs the esteemed Ivor Novello Awards, and is the writer behind the Guardian music industry columns Behind the Music and Plugged In.

Hailing from Sweden, she worked as a session singer, recording artist and performer in Stockholm and NYC before settling in London, where she signed a publishing deal with BMG Scandinavia and, later, Universal Music Publishing Scandinavia.

ROB PEEK

BRAND ADVOCATE- NASHVILLE

Rob is a native of Minneapolis, Minnesota where he started his musical journey as a performance major before switching to Business at McNally Smith College of Music. In 2009, he relocated to Los Angeles to work Audio Post Production and Music Supervision for Film, TV, and Video Games. In 2011, Rob began working with Fearless Records, then Concord Records managing marketing, licensing, label operations and administration. In 2015, he relocated once again to Nashville, TN to build the A&R Administration department for Big Machine Label Group.

Sheila Eckert

Product Development - New york city

Sheila Eckert has been working in the music industry for over 20 years, most recently at Sony Music Entertainment as Director of Software Engineering where she was responsible for Sony's Global Digital Supply Chain Systems where she was responsible for managing several highly motivated, global teams in the development of the Digital Supply Chain suite of systems. 

As an early adopter of emerging technologies and innovations, Sheila provides significant contributions as a key member of the DDEX consortium where she is integral to the continued development of the ERN. 

As founder of Traveo, her firm provides Agile coaching and consulting for implementing Agile Frameworks according to the individual needs of her clients. 

Sheila is currently working with VEVA Sound to manage new product development working closely with VEVA's developer team on their ever evolving technology.

Hayley Abell

Director of Label Services - LOS ANGELES

Hayley oversees the LA office and is the liaison with all label A&R administrators in the city. She also manages media asset verification, archival migration and database organization, and project management.

 A Recording Arts graduate of Full Sail University, Hayley is a musician, writer and audio engineer who has worked in live sound and at multiple recording studios in Los Angeles, most recently at Glenwood Place Studios. Expertise and comprehensive knowledge of all DAWs, archiving and file transfer methodologies.

Todd Hungerford

DIRECTOR OF LABEL SERVICES  - Nashville

Todd Hungerford is an audio engineer and a musician. In 2015, he graduated from Middle Tennessee State University, where he obtained a B.S. in Recording Industry, with a concentration in Audio Production. He has spent the past 15 years playing guitar, and the past 6 years recording in his home studio. An Idaho native, Todd enjoys camping, backpacking, and reading in his spare time. He is a member of the Audio Engineering Society. 

At VEVA Sound, Todd handles asset verification, archival migration, and metadata creation in our Nashville office. Expertise and comprehensive knowledge of all DAWs, archiving and file transfer methodologies.

 XAVIER MENAGER

Xavier is a graduate of the University of Manchester where he obtained a B.A. in Media and Business. He has since continued a career in the music industry as a Grammy-nominated producer and award winning engineer seeing him work across Europe, Asia and the U.S.

He has joined VEVA Sound to oversee the opening of our new London office and handle asset verification, archival migration and metadata creation for the European market. Most recently he relocated to the Los Angeles office. Expertise and comprehensive knowledge of all DAWs, archiving and file transfer methodologies.

PATRICK REDMOND

ARCHIVAL ENGINEER - NASHVILLE

Patrick graduated with a MFA in Recording Arts & Technologies at MTSU. He is an Audio Engineer / MIDI Programmer / Musician. His thesis was on MIDI / Remix Music Production / Recording in a Cultural Context Electronic Music Society. He is also a member of the Audio Engineering Society. 

At VEVA Sound, Patrick does archival migration and metadata creation in our Nashville office. His hobbies include being a street photographer with much of his photography being published in the Nashville Arts Magazine. Geovana gaitan

Archival Engineer - New York

Geovana is an audio angineer who handles asset verification, archival migration, and metadata creation in our New York office.

Hailing from Colombia, Geovana started her studies as a Music Major with a concentration in Audio Production at La Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogota, Colombia in 2009. She moved to Montreal in 2012 and attended the RAC (Recording Arts Canada) one year program in Sound and Music Recording. In 2014, after completing the Sound and Music Recording program, she attended Middle Tennessee State University where she graduated with a B.S. in Recording Industry, with a concentration in Audio Production in 2016. She is also a member of the Audio Engineering Society (AES). Expertise and comprehensive knowledge of all DAWs, archiving and file transfer methodologies.

Jed allcock

Archival Engineer- LONDON

Whilst working in the post production department at Abbey Road, Jed developed his craft amongst some of the most talented and revered audio minds in the business. He offers a knowledge steeped in history alongside a deep understanding of analogue tape, working with the recordings of such artists as The Beatles, Kate Bush, and Coldplay. At Abbey Road Jed led a team of five, delivering archives for Warner Music Group, Universal, Decca, and Mute Records. Hours of critical listening have put him at ease handling all genres of music with meticulous attention to sonic detail.

Jed holds a degree in Music Production from Leeds College of Music, UK and is a producer/songwriter. His understanding and appreciation of the creative process underpins his understanding of the archive process.

Isabelle Talledo 

Archival Engineer- NAshville

Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Isabelle moved to Nashville to pursue her dream of working in the music industry as an audio engineer. She is a 2018 Belmont University graduate with a B.S. in Audio Engineering Technology with knowledge in both studio and live sound having been staff engineer at Columbia Studio A and Quonset Hut. Isabelle continues to do freelance audio engineering as well as working at a Nashville non-profit, and most recently with Kiana Ledé as front of house engineer. Expertise and comprehensive knowledge of all DAWs, archiving and file transfer methodologies.

Derek McGinley

Archival Engineer- Los Angeles

Derek handles asset verification, archival migration, and metadata creation in our Los Angeles office.

A musician and engineer, Derek has worked in live sound, engineering at multiple recording studios in Los Angeles. As a drummer, he’s played and toured. In his free time he enjoys playing and exploring different drums and styles from Taiko drums and tension field drums. Derek is a graduate of Full Sail University with a B.S. in Recording Arts. Janie Moss

Director of Accounting- Nashville

Janie Moss is a former CPA who came to VEVA Sound to

oversee the accounting operations for all of VEVA’s locations.

Janie is a native Nashvillian and graduate of Lipscomb

University. She has 20+ years experience in accounting,

working in both public and private sectors.

Janie and her husband, Kurt, have and two sons, Ethan and

Andrew. She enjoys spending time with family and friends,

flower gardening, reading, and traveling.

Lauren Dempsey

Accounting Manager - Nashville

Lauren graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration,

emphasis in Music Business from Belmont University. Lauren’s

full-time job is working at FBMM, a business management firm in

Nashville, and does all of the invoicing part-time at VEVA Sound.

In Lauren’s free time, she enjoys trying out all the new

restaurants Nashville’s food scene has to offer, going to shows,

reading, and spending time with friends.

Alison Peratikos

Social media consultant - Nashville

Alison is a Belmont University graduate with a B.S. in public

relations. Originally from NY, she relocated permanently to

Nashville to pursue a career in the music industry. Alison started

her journey with VEVA Sound in 2018 as an intern in the

Nashville office.

She joined the team shortly after to oversee social media and

content curation. She is a singer/songwriter and spends the

majority of her free time doing just that. She also enjoys

traveling, hiking, and exploring.
